Our Company in the Casting Industry
Our company started its activities in 2004
Our company, which started its activities in 2004, has continued its casting capacity from 0.5 kg to 1,000 kg with 2 500 kg induction melting furnaces. In 2019, it doubled its casting capacity with 2 1000 kg Induction Melting Furnaces. We consume 800 tons of our casting capacity, which has an annual production volume of 2,000 tons, in our spare parts and axle manufacturing, and 1200 tons in the domestic market. Cast Iron, Ductile Iron and Steel castings are produced in our foundry. We increased our molding speed by 5 times with the Gradeless Automatic Molding machine that we added to our production line in 2018. It is planned to maximize the quality in casting with Model Shop, Spectro Analysis and Hardness Measurement devices in our foundry.

Modelling and Molding:
The model of the part to be cast is produced. Patterns are used during the molding process to create cavities in the mold that the metal will then fill. Sand molds into which the molten metal is poured are prepared with the help of models and the cores are placed and made ready for casting. Molding can be done by hand or with the help of machines.

Casting and Mold Breaking:
Using the induction melting furnace, melted ductile iron and steel are poured into molds according to the customer's request. After the metal poured into the mold solidifies, the sand mold is broken and the part is removed.

Cleaning:
Parts such as runner and riser are separated from the cast part removed from the mold. The surfaces are brought to the desired cleanliness with sandblasting machines.

Quality control:
It is responsible for checking that the chemical and physical properties of the materials meet certain standards and that the part dimensions remain within the given tolerances. Another prerequisite for obtaining perfect castings is that the foundry input materials are of the desired quality. Size, surface, space etc. Conducting and/or making chemical and physical tests with controls is the duty of this department.
